-Carnival Dating: At the Speed Dating event on February 19th, bring your best hat (best hat contest).
-Speed Dancing: Meet and mingle (all ages welcome) around Latin dance at Maison Gilliard. A couple of dance instructors will be on hand to guide you, whether you're a beginner or advanced. Dinner is provided after the dance.
-Dating Walk: A stroll through the Clavau irrigation channel vineyards (approximately 1 hour), followed by a stop at a Maison Gilliard winery for dinner. Return to the winery is scheduled for 10:00 PM at the latest.
Miscellaneous: free parking in front of the Gilliard cellar
Single evening supervised by an Ambassador of the Tourist Office and of Maison Gilliard.
